Account help

Sign in with your account ID and password. Use Recover account with the saved recovery key if you forget your password. Rotate a recovery key in Account and data while signed in and knowing your password. We do not ask you to send passwords or recovery keys to support.

Privacy and safety

Delete account, pause cloud backup, delete a cloud copy, export data or delete a guest identity in Account and data. Use Report and Block for a room participant. If a permission is off, core reference material remains available; enable microphone or camera access in system settings only if you want that feature.

AI and offline use

AI score reading requires a connection and your agreement for each upload. If it is unavailable, you can still import MusicXML or MIDI and use core practice. Review any AI reading before use.
